Used aluminium roof board walk / roof walkway system for sale as a complete kit.
This roof walkway system is designed to provide a safer working and access platform across roof areas, including fragile roof surfaces when correctly installed and risk assessed. The kit is made from lightweight aluminium components, making it practical to move and position on site, usually by two people.
The main platform is 4.0 metres long and 0.6 metres wide, with a mesh walking surface that allows visibility through the platform. The system includes support battens, handrails on both sides, horizontal railings, chains, pins, clips and fittings.
The complete set is in good, clean and sound used condition. All railings are clean, and the chains, pins and clips/fittings are new. Some fittings are galvanised and some are stainless steel.
Product Description
This aluminium roof board walk is suitable for temporary roof access and work positioning where a stable walkway is required. The lightweight alloy construction makes the system easy to transport, assemble and reposition.
The platform sections are designed with connection points so they can be linked together with other compatible units to create longer walkway runs if required.
The mesh deck is 600 mm wide, giving a practical walking surface while still allowing visibility through the platform. Adjustable support battens underneath the platform help spread the load across the roof surface, depending on the roof type and site conditions.
The kit also includes a two-sided handrail system and an integral full-length wire-rope work positioning line.
